NORTHWEST ARKANSAS PSYCHIATRY

Care that looks past the diagnosis and sees the person.

Mental health care should go beyond managing symptoms — it should help you rediscover hope, confidence, and the ability to live a fulfilling life. We take the time to understand your story before we ever write a plan.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Exceptional care starts with connection.

Our patients often share that they feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for — not just treated. Mental health care is more than a clinical appointment; it is a vulnerable and personal experience, and we build the visit around that truth.

Patients are partners

We listen to your concerns, explain your options, and build a plan that aligns with your goals. You should feel informed, empowered, and confident in every decision.

A calm space for healing

From the moment you walk through our doors, our goal is a welcoming, calming environment where you feel valued and free from judgment.

Advocacy when it matters

Our team helps you navigate medication options, insurance barriers, and access to treatment. You deserve a provider willing to stand beside you and find solutions.

Collaborative care

Mental health is best supported by a team. With your permission we coordinate with your therapist, primary care provider, and specialists.

Innovation with compassion

Treatment keeps evolving. We stay current on new approaches, then take the time to educate you so the choice is genuinely yours.

“You are more than a diagnosis. Your story, experiences, and goals matter.”

OUR STORY

Founded because we believed mental health care could be different.

Psyche NWA was founded by husband and wife Jahnneliz Jones, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and Matthew Jones, DNAP, CRNA, from a shared passion for improving access to mental health care in Northwest Arkansas.

After years working across different healthcare organizations, they recognized the traditional model did not always allow for the care they believed patients deserved — personal, innovative, and centered on the individual. So they built a practice where providers have the time to sit with people and stay connected through the whole process.

Patient voices

In their words

  • “Jahnneliz has been incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout my mental health journey. She truly takes the time to listen, help me understand what I’m experiencing, and work with me on ways to manage and control it in a healthy way. I’ve never felt judged or rushed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and never gives up on helping them improve. I’m very thankful to have found a doctor who is both compassionate and dedicated.”

    Sabrina C.
  • “I’ve seen many mental health providers over the past 30 years, and I can honestly say Eden Graff is without question the best. She has an amazing wealth of knowledge, truly listened to me, and set a plan of action that has allowed me to finally start enjoying my life. My family and I can’t say thank you enough.”

    T. W.
  • “Jahnneliz is FANTASTIC. She listens with care and provides genuine support. She is a problem‑solver and an advocate for you. She listens and makes recommendations that support your well‑being. She knows her stuff and has the rare ability to apply her textbook knowledge holistically based on your individual needs. I’m so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend. I would add more stars if I could.”
